Princess Clara reflects various heroines in animated films by Walt Disney. Toot Braunstein is a nod to Betty Boop created by Max Fleischer for Paramount. Foxxy Love resembles Valerie Brown from Josie and the Pussycats (Hanna-Barbera). Wooldoor Sockbat pays homage to SpongeBob SquarePants from the Nickelodeon Network. Guest character Bucky Bucks combines elements of Donald Trump and Richie Rich (Harvey Comics).
